CoCreative Music hinges on music being a universal language, encouraging the exploration of multiple instruments. Through improvisation, students begin to understand dynamics, and the connection between music and emotion. This encompasses creativity, self esteem, expression, body awareness and social interaction.

Improvisation is the art of spontaneously creating melody, harmony, or rhythm with an instrument or the voice - directly activating creativity and expression. Improvised music helps us to develop and refine life skills involving active listening, communication and emotional expression.

Sessions are recorded, literally "tracking" progress over time.
