IMPROVISATION

Improvisation is the art of spontaneously creating melody, harmony, or rhythm with an instrument or the voice - directly activating creativity and expression. Improvised music helps us to develop and refine life skills involving active listening, communication and emotional expression. Sessions are recorded and burned onto CD, literally "tracking" progress over time.
